We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Project Manager

We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead EPC and or PMC, FEED... Projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in petrochemical/refining downstream sector
  • Presided over 2 or more international EPC projects as a project director
  • Long term position intentions
  • Open minded to be relocated
  • With strong communication and coordination skill
  • Advanced English is essential. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued

  • Position to be held in Luoyang, mobilizations and assignments depending on project demands

2. Project Control Manager

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in petrochemical/refining downstream sector
  • Presided over 2 or more international EPC projects as a project control manager
  • Familiar with P3 and other project management software
  • Long term position intentions
  • Open minded to be relocated
  • With strong communication and coordination skill
  • Advanced oral and written English is essential. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued

3. Finance Administration Manager for International projects

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Management and Administration or above
  • Minimum experience of 8 years in Finance Administration of international Petroleum or Petrochemical EPC Projects
  • Familiar with international EPC project budget standards, international business, international business law and regulations
  • Familiar with varies of professional management software
  • With strong communication and coordination skill
  • Advanced English is essential. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued

Additional details:
  • Monitoring of supplier invoicing (services, materials, subcontracts...)
  • Client invoicing
  • Support to management of payment collection
  • Support to Project Financing (Documentation, Identification of Needs and notification)
  • Development and implementation of administrative procedures
  • Writing up reports (financial-economical) on project and corporate progress (cash flow, ageing, etc.)
  • Management of bank guarantees
