LPEC's Feasibility Study of Low-temperature Heat Utilization Project Reviewed by SINOPEC Authorities

    The Review meeting of "Feasibility Study Report of Low-temperature Heat Utilization Project" prepared by LPEC for SINOPEC Luoyang Company was reviewed in Beijing on Sept., 25th, 2007 by the experts and specialists from petroleum and petrochemical industries as organized by SINOPEC relative organization. The project is very significant for reducing energy consumption and optimization of heat utilization for the refineries and petrochemical plants.
